Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Great88 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of award will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. Real Money Funds are not affected by bonus expiry.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Great88 support. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the closure within a reasonable period.
